Your Data Seeks the User.

SyteLine's Workflow & Event Management automates business processes to include decision-making based on user-defined rules. Your everyday processes are automated and resources can be refocused to deal only with exceptions to the rule.
SyteLine's application-wide event system provides a basis by which the fundamental logic of the application can be tailored in a way that does not require changes to source code, and which may be automatically upgraded.
The application event system has a rich set of actions available, and supports synchronous and asynchronous event processing as well as branching logic constructs.
Built into the event system is a user inbox, which may also be accessed via a web browser for users who do not utilize SyteLine and only need to be part of a workflow (vendors and customers are great examples).   Workflow events can post to the inbox and wait for a response.
SyteLine's Workflow & Event Management enables you to:

Software applications must provide intelligent messaging and automated workflow to effectively support a collaborative environment. As the "nervous system" for the digital-to-enterprise connection, SyteLine's workflow & event connects, automates and streamlines work processes across your enterprise business system.
SyteLine's application events trigger at user-defined events, such as the creation of a customer order or the on-hand quantity of an item dropping below a preset level.
Once an event fores, you can design specifically what that event should do, such as email users with notification, prompt users for data, post transactions, print reports or even call external applications and programs.
